Head out for a walk along the waterfront and take in the sea views from Â鶹´«Ã½ Hoe – every student’s go-to place when the sun is shining. Just down the road, you can stroll through the cobbled streets of Â鶹´«Ã½â€™s old town, the .

Grab a bite to eat
Staying close to campus will place you in the heart of the city with many restaurants, bars and takeaways accessible within a 10-minute walk. For a vibrant, casual dining experience we recommend just across the street on North Hill, a great place to immerse yourself in the student scene. Further into town is the , which is home to chain restaurants we all know and love including Las Iguanas, Nandos and Five Guys. You could even watch a movie at Cineworld or try activities like karaoke and augmented reality axe throwing at Boom Battle Bar.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and in Â鶹´«Ã½ you’re spoilt for choice. Our open days start at 09:00, but we know some places that are worth getting up early for.

is a firm favourite in the city, with two locations to choose from, so factor this in depending on where you are staying. A café inspired by Australia’s vibrant brunch culture, you can expect all your favourite breakfasts and a huge selection of baked treats too.

For a stunning view over King Point Marina, has a huge breakfast menu ranging from Danish pastries to omelettes and the Full English. Our students also love going to , which serves eco-friendly, instagrammable breakfasts and amazing options for vegans.
